I am not a Mr. Fixit around the household, as a matter of fact I am pretty inept.

The Garbage Disposal Unit would not work this AM and I knew that there was probably a reset button or something like that. I decided to do a Google Search on Garbage Disposal Problems and not only were there many written topics on the subject of repair, there were also a number of links to YOU TUBE showing exactly how to fix any problem with your Garbage Disposal Unit. I had the problem solved in 15 minutes. I continue to be amazed at the scope of Google data. Who knows, in my next life, I may be Mr. Handyman.:wah:

I wish I was as lucky with fixing the garage door opener. I know its something stupid but I cant figure it out. In the winter it has a habit of opening but not closing so I have to close it from inside then walk out.

Regards,

Mr. Inept Of All Time.

My Hubby is a "Mr. Fixit". :) He watches shows like "This Old House" to get extra knowledge on how to do certain jobs.

He's a smart guy and I admire him. :-4

I can pretty much fix anything too, or I can figure out how to get it fixed. Like anything else it depends how much time you spend fixing things. Its the comfort level thing.
