Ohio State Shooting Leaves 1 Dead, 2 Wounded

(March 9) -- A shooting at an Ohio State University maintenance building involving three university employees left one dead and two wounded this morning, the university said. A suspect was taken into custody.
"This is a tragic event, and our hearts go out to all of the families," Vernon Baisden, the university's director of public safety, said at a news conference.
The university's emergency operators received a 911 call at about 3:30 a.m. Police arriving at the scene found one employee dead, while two others were taken to Ohio State Medical Center. One victim was in critical condition and the other in stable condition, according to reports.
