Eric Holder: Miranda Rights Should Be Modified For Terrorism Suspects

So our attorney general is saying that people who are supected of certain crimes that might be labeled as "terrorist crimes" should not be afforded the same constitutional rights as suspects of crimes like murder, rape, and jaywalking?
