As with anything you have your goods and your bads but these two movies blew me out of the water.
The first one has an all star cast. It's called The Quick And The Dead, with the main star being one of Hollywoods modern day bad girls - Sharon Stone. Then we've got the others like Gene Hackman (who in my opinion does the best bad guy he's ever done in this movie), and then there's Russell Crowe, Leonardo DiCaprio, Gary Sinise, and others.
Here it is for your viewing pleasure:

The second one is called Tombstone. Based on the true story of Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday, etc.
This one has an all star cast too with actors such as Kurt Russell, Val Kilmer, and many others including the guy from the original Terminator - Michael Biehn.
It might take you a second to get this video going but once you do you won't be dissapointed:
Hackman makes a great bad guy. And stone is fun to watch.
Tombstone is my favorite of the flicks made about Earp that I have seen.

My favorite western is "The Unforgiven". The film was made in 1960 with Audrey Hepburn and Burt Lancaster. Here is the trailer:

Clint Eastwood's 1992 film "Unforgiven" is another favorite western movie of mine. Here is the trailer for that movie:

on the western theme my Step Father has become a big fan of the retrocast shows of Gunsmoke on Ewestern and I recently found out the community college near my house recieved money from Milburn Stone which they named the theatre at the college after. I have not learned how Milburn Stone came in to contact with the college around here though.
