Very disturbing new fad. . . . .

. . . . that was mentioned in the News yesterday. It seems teens are now "biting" their significant other so as to show a sign of romantic affection for that person!!! Bititng so hard that they even draw blood! It was said that this fad has been sparked by all the current vampire & wearwolf movies!!!
Do I hear nasty "infections" abounding, as there are tons of germs in one's mouth!!!

Maybe it's a cyclical fad. I remember it was a commonplace behavior of the male English Upper Class in the twenty years or so after the French Revolution and I suspect they learned it from their grandparents.

I never was into hickies either. Big difference, IMO, between a nip and a bite that can draw blood.

Ah yeah, the good ole days! :wah: But neither one of those had the possibility of giving a nasty infection!
Not to mention, even if no infection, a real bad bite drawing blood, could leave a perminent scar!!!

So biting a Ear off is no big deal ..!! The blood swaping disturbs me, opens up all new disease avenues.
What a label to live with. Why don't "they" use Branding Irons to mark territory.
Funny - you don't see Hicky's any more (looked so cheap) - perhaps that's how Tattoo's started.?
Remember tooth paste was used to help remove hicky's.
Not much can be done to remove a scare from Branding...
I guess my Birth Mark isn't so bad after all.

lol yea... that's sooo not happening here :/ teens and their weird fads... weird rubberbands and now this :/
