I just think that's carrying the idea of " . . .a family that stays together . . ." a little too far. Think of what that decomposing flesh had to smell like before it became mummified. :yh_sick

The poor woman is probably senile, and no one checks in on them.

I did read an article that stated she didn't like to be alone and would talk to them.

They claim she is of sound mind. I don't see how you can be of sound mind and have 2 bodies dug up and then live with them.

According to what I've read, authorities say she can keep them if she installs a crypt. She also gave reasons as to why she did what she did.

That's just so sad.
She kept her husband on a couch in the detached garage, in the suit he was buried in.

I wonder if she's getting the same kind of attention she always got from him before?

It makes you wonder how a little old lady, all by herself, can rob two graves, remove the bodies and bring them home with her, undetected.

I does indeed....makes me wonder to, as she must have had help.:sneaky:
There is no way I could dig up a grave and a bring up a casket, then drag a body?
makes me think this is just a weird concocted up story.

My thoughts exactly she had to have help. Isn't grave robbing a crime in every state? Didn't anyone notice the holes in the ground? Something just odd and creepy about the whole thing.

State police - who haven't yet released the identities of those who retrieved the bodies - will soon present their findings to the Bradford County district attorney. A decision on charges is expected in a few weeks.
She didn't dig them up. She had someone do the dirty work.

sorry Peg, your right, guess we just assumed.
It does say she dug her sister up.:-3
I still can't get passed this, who would want their dead husbands body lying on a couch in the garage?
Perhaps to her it was a way to be closer, to me, it sounds like something out of a horror movie.
let one rest in peace.

This is nothing I have to worry about. The wife says once I stop doing the chores, I am out on the streets.

Sad story.
Kinda reminds me of the movie, "Psycho", in which a son keeps his deceased mother's body in the basement.
