Wifey has bought me a Sony PRS600 e reader.

I love it, you get about a gazillion free books with it, mostly pre 1900s but i found myself reading A Tale of Two Cities then Silas Marner, something i would never have dreamed of reading again, i did give up half way through a Tale of Two Cities i must admit, i did read Silas Marner though and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I purchased a book from the Waterstones on line store to see if it was as easy as the instruction stated, amazing, even i managed it without a single hitch.

Anyone else like or dislike these readers? I know some prefer to hold a book and turn the pages, my wife does, i am now hooked on my reader.

Many of the books are created by the Project Guttenburg Distributed Proofreaders on a volunteer basis :-

DP: Welcome

For anyone who's interested, Forum Garden have a team working on the project and we're currently #314 in the standings :-)

A bit of fun and a worthwhile aim.
