Can any-one give me Idiot proof Instructions on how to post a pic from my laptop please?

Click Reply, then Go Advanced, then Manage Attachments.

Click Add Files, Browse.

Double-click the photo you want and click Upload

Double-click Home (in the left hand pane of the FG folder browser) to refresh the FG folder view.

Drag and drop the photo into Area 2 below, marked "attachments". Make sure it's ticked in the checkbox at the bottom right of the photo and the "Insert Inline" count has gone up to 1, click Done.

Add whatever text you want either side of the ATTACH tags and click Save.
