Sometimes . . . .it can happen . . . .

. . . as for quite some time now, I've been driving past hundreds & hundreds of houses with a "For Sale" sign posted up in front of them.
Today, I actually passed a house with a "SOLD" sign posted in front of it!!! Lucky Seller! :-6

Why Lucky ?? The seller may just owe more on that house than he sold it for. That's pretty common here in California.

Well sold is sold, even if they did, getting rid of a millstone from around their neck is enlightening.

Yes! Isn't it kind of ironic how we look at RE transactions now? ha!

I just saw on Facebook where someone's house sold in 2 weeks. They thought they'd have more time to move out. The house next to me has been on the market for a few years. As it sits empty with no utilities turned on, a potential buyer said no because of the mold growing in it.
