Thanks for Giving a Dog His Day!
Congratulations!
This week, your hard work and dedication paid off—we managed to reach and surpass our goal for the Give Summer Relief to a Dog in Need campaign, receiving more than $6,000 in donations!
As you know, many lonely dogs are confined to backyards without care, attention, or protection from weather extremes. Suffering in these unbearable conditions, many dogs succumb to illnesses and death, but thanks to your help this summer, PETA can deliver dozens of doghouses filled with straw to provide shelter for these needy canines.
We want to thank every one of you who donated, promoted the campaign, and helped give a home to an outside dog this summer. Because of the outpouring of support and passion from members, we're increasing our goal for this campaign to $7,500. With three weeks left in the summer, we're convinced that you can help save even more dogs in need!
Please continue your support of the Give Summer Relief to a Dog in Need campaign—donate now and share the link with everyone you know!
Thank you again for your support.
Sincerely,
Ingrid E. Newkirk
