Do you have a Mustache and If so.... Why?

I have just seen a chap on tv who looks like like he has a dirty paint brush dangling under his nose.

That'll be Dick Drawbridge then. No one is sure if he even has a mouth

I have a moustache because my beard would look lonely without it.

He's a retired army major I think. Now he builds things out of scrap and that sort of thing. Don't think he's dodgy, just that weasel on his top lip

I did not know weather to phone the RSPCA or throw some meat at the TV.

I understand the weasel is reasonably well fed, sheltered from the rain and is taken for regular long walks. Dicks wife loves Mr weasel to bits

I do have a moustache, it's the sort made popular by the likes of Village people, I also have long hair, but with an increasingly decreasing hair line, children point at me in the street.

Why do I have a moustache ? Well.......it used to be part of a full set, then I experimented and left just the top lip adorned. I was going to take it all off but since I saw other ex moustachiode males top lips, and the peculiar shapes they adopt having been 'under cover' forcing them to take on a life form of their own.......I feel I couldn't manage the shock of seeing my own naked top lip.

The hair ? I hate barbers. You go in, wait about for ages listening to nonsense about football the weather, TV, politics, holidays, the state of the country etc etc ......then they slap you in a seat bind your arms and 'take' all your hair......and you have to pay them for the 'pleasure'

And finally it's Dick Strawbridge, a lovely bloke with an eccentric unhealthy moustache, that must get in all his food and drink. (The only time I trim is when I start to eat it.....it's not pleasant.)

Hee Hee, I thought it was unstopable nose hairs reaching a critical stage of fermentation.

I like the chap's TV programs, he's actually very intelligent and probably a tad eccentric, but I still like him.

His style of upper clad lip was very popular in the early twentieth century, don't you know, oscar. Quite the gentlemen one was if one had one.

I've had quite a few of the upper hairy lip brand numerous times when I was a young man, but decided it made me look old.

Then I started on beards, I'm funny that way. Perhaps I'm a tad eccentic also.

Sigh, such is life, when you're a bit odd. :wah:

Hubby has had a moustache for as long as I've known him. Just one of the many things about him that I love. :-4

I have a full beard but I keep it short. Why? Because shaving makes my face break out in a rash. Anyway, I usually let my beard grow in winter anyway because I worked outside sometimes.
