Which very bright star I am seeing from my window every night which faces due South.
My location is :- 50.8213°N, 0.3275°W if it helps.......I got this from the 'Heavens above' website

I believe that you're seeing the planet Jupiter.
btw...I'm seeing Jupiter in the East after sunset.

Oscar, if you read the article in the link that I put up, I think you'll note that the planet is Jupiter, no???
Maybe I'm reading it incorrectly, but that's the planet I'm seeing.

If you have some good binoculars you'd get a fairly good view I suspect.

Beautiful, you are looking at Jupiter and 3 of its moons.
