I watch 'Country File' every week and they have an annual photo competition. This year they had over 65,000 entrants. The winners photos are made into a calendar..... some of the proceeds go to 'Children in need'.



These photos are gorgeous and some are taken with ordinary compact cameras.

I loved the dragonfly on the poppies!

The Eagle was magnificent!

I would purchase that calendar in a heartbeat!:-6

I loved the winning photo.....the sheep in the snow. It was taken with a compact camera .... it was just a chance meeting with the sheep by the lady who took the photo.

The dragon fly photo was the 'judges favourite....an amateur photographer but he did have a rather snazzy camera.
