This showed up around 1645 GMT. It's now gone. I went to look at my visitor messages and there were 64. Not 4,294,967,295. The notification was inaccurate. If anyone else sees something similar they might like to drop a note into this thread.

I haven't been receiving any notifications in my e-mails of posts to threads I've posted to, for about 2 months. Why? I've checked my settings and can't figure out what I need to do.

I believe there's an option in your profile to disable subscriptions to threads

Thanks, K. I tried that several times but it didn't work.

I'll email you an email from gmail and see whether that arrives. Emails from FG do arrive in other mailboxes. I'm wondering whether your ISP's mail server's been blacklisted. Hang on... right, I just sent one.

I've no idea, it's just a mechanism that would have the effect we're seeing. I'll keep digging.
