how to i stop the "donations" from coming out of my checking account for membership? I did not want to renew & it took it out anyway- i was unaware that i even signed up for automatic deductions.

My suggestion is to use the 'contact us' feature and send TS a message.

Good suggestion Ahso that would be what I would suggest as well as I don't see an option on the "Paid Subscription" section that mentions auto pay.

Yes, it will automatically be renewed if the member chose the payment option with the "*" on it. It's clearly stated right below the order button:

Validity periods marked with a * indicate that this subscription is recurring.

After the initial subscription period is complete, the subscription will automatically be renewed with a new charge.


Contact TS, like Ahso! said ButterflyPrincess and perhaps touch base with your financial institution to stop automatic deductions from your checking account.
