Just had to share this with you.

Dinner tonight. Two Delmonicos on the barbeque. Marinated in dry sherry for 6 hours.

Lightly brushed with a mix of olive oil, basil, garlic and a shredded jalapena.

Grilled medium rare. Served with a green salad and cherry tomatoes.

Light fading from a golden sunset. Sitting on the patio afterwards sipping a a glass of bourbon with my beaufiful wife.

It doesn't get much better than this!
