Candida Albicans and its toxins can infiltrate and effect any organ or system in the body and can be responsible for a large variety of physical and mental health conditions that we see so commonly in people today. Most people are unaware that it may be the cause of their arthritis, headaches, migraines, anxiety, depression, aggression, mood swings, fatigue, sore throats, gas, bloating, persistent cough, irritable bowel syndrome, hyperactivity, memory problems, attention deficit, cold sores and much more.

As Candida infection is related to the colon or the digestive system, a cleansing process may sometime be effective to get rid of it. The process is known as Candida cleanse and can be easily conducted. This cleansing process mainly focuses on cleaning of the gastro intestinal tract to get rid of the yeast present there. This can be done by following a particular diet, called the Candida diet which puts a check on the sugar and carbohydrate intake and increases the input of yogurt.

This particular infection also leads to an oral thrush or a vaginal yeast infection. Following some candidiasis natural remedies they can be controlled and thus visiting a doctor may not be needed. Using tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar and yogurt in the places of the infection do help to control this infection. Thus we see, home made therapies are really effective.

This is a serious problem that is often overlooked by doctors.

Anyone serious about a cleanse needs to think first about whether they can stick to a candida elimination diet before wasting time and money on a temporary fix. If Candida is the problem it can't be fixed with one cleanse and two weeks of work.

Thanks for that, Richard, I liked Tony Orlando but I especially enjoyed listening to Dawn, they were wonderful. I saw their act in Vegas in 1977 and had a great time. The trio performed a touching and entertaining tribute to Bobby Darin that night, I believe it was the fourth anniversary of his death.
