SAN FRANCISCO – Daniel Balsam hates spam. Most everybody does, of course. But he has acted on his hate as few have, going far beyond simply hitting the delete button. He sues them.

Eight years ago, Balsam was working as a marketer when he received one too many e-mail pitches to enlarge his breasts.

Nice to see someones finally doing something about it. It's not something that should be allowed to destroy a whole communication system. Some people end up blocking whole domains to reduce spam then can't figure out why they aren't getting all their emails.

Spammers scurge of the world why didn't I think of this.
