...the times you enjoy most with your loved ones and friends, indeed the events you celebrate together you do on socialist terms (no charge - no profit motive).

...you enjoy giving (rather than selling) gifts to loved ones and friends

...your pick up line isn't "let me talk you into buying yourself a drink!".

Flat out wrong. Capitalism is about making as much as you can as fast as you can. What you refer to is rights and laws, all of which are secondary to the above. Respecting others rights, behaving ethically and contract law are for the weak and stupid.
