A lot of people are very critical of these policemen. I think they did a great job of handling this guy. They could use tasers though. Here in Seattle he most likely would have been tasered and shot on the ground.

I guess the guy was selling stuff at the market and didn't have the permit or something. I've heard a lot of Estonians, Latvians and Lithuanians are getting desperate and resorting to breaking the laws of the nations around them to make ends meet. Nothing like democracy 'eh? :yh_rotfl
