Last Night's Dinner

Mahi Mahi Fish/eggplant/yellow squash/marinated in a mixture of honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce all cooked together in pan/green salad with tomato & Ranch Dressing/ Sauvignon Blanc wine----------

This meal is my own original recipe ---deeeelicious

As a pre-diabetic I just gotta watch my carbs-----the squash and egg plant make a great substitute.
