George Griffith

There's a thread going on about public libraries but I don't want to divert it.
George Griffith, anyone?
The first man, I think, to envisage the supremacy of those who grok the Internet, something he managed to do during the days of Victoria. All hail George Griffith, that's my opinion. I note his Wikipedia article mentions that other titan of the age, W. S. Lach-Szyrma the contemporary Anglican minister of Marazion and visionary writer of Science Fiction, only to highlight the fact that he (the Polish gentleman) hasn't even got a page to call his own.
Valdar The Oft-Born, now there's a novel and a half. Has anyone else even heard of it?
