Are these Candida die off symptoms?

Hi,
I have a pretty bad candida infection. I have been modifying diet and drinking practices to attack this as prescribed by my aunt. But, needing something a little more powerful, I began taking Candida Diet Plan 3 days ago and also I take 2 times a day. Since doing this I have experienced symptoms of urinary tract infections and a vaginal yeast infection. I know that candida albicans are usually the culprit of a vaginal yeast infection. Does this sound like die off? any advice for me?
