It's easy to do, but the trick is doing so without using more energy to do it than you get from the process.
If this guy has worked that out, he is going to be a rich fellow.
I Like the welder/cutter thing.

That does it I;m voting SNP. We;ve got plenty oil, we've got plenty water, the way things are going here all that will happen is they will empty the lochs and pump it all south.
Any idea how he is doing it?

Could this be a watershed ?
Water Cheque ?
Why do these things sneak out quietly on the internet, and not with a fanfare on News at Ten ?
Or am I getting cynical ?

There are two types of cynic, those who see the world for what it is and those who know the price of everything and the value of none of it.
If true no doubt the oil companies will not be too happy. Maybe I'm just getting cynical as well.

Separating Hydrogen and Oxygen from water is a relatively simply process.
You can run a separator off your car battery and feed the output into your fuel mix, boosting the combustion cycle.
Hydro Fuel Generator | Alternative Gas Solution
Or this guy is using a separator powered by his home power.
The tricky part is How much the electricity costs for the amount of useable fuel you get.

If he hasn't resolved the energy costs of production, then he has not really invented anything new.

I read about a scam where there was someone claiming just this. They were adding acetone or something to the water which basically broke down the oil in the car engine and burnt it.
Great until it seizes your engine

Some water actually lights up and burns. They call them lakes nowadays. lol
Too bad Tesla didn't succeed. If we were allowed to have free energy/power he'd have been the first to do it.
