What a startling thread. I can't imagine any passer-by is going to be attracted to the "cours montreux", whatever that may be, just on the say-so of a bunch of connected viral advertisers. You'd think it was self-defeating. Or is all publicity good publicity these days?

I'd thought the cours montreux was where racing drivers got given cups for endurance.

It looks like high-pressure Asian sales pitches in the old timeshare tradition except they've not bothered to buy any plots of land first. Give us your money up front and we'll discount other people's holiday products to you.

Wow. I thought we were talking about the race track at Montreux.

I don't, to be honest, understand their business model at all. What we have are transparently inane viral advertisers trying to spread the term "cours montreux" across the Internet, but no website for the product. There's outright lies along the lines of "my sis has been a member for two years" for something that manifestly only started three weeks ago, but no hint of how to attend any sales pitch. It's as though the advertising were intended to satisfy potential scam victims that what they're hearing about really exists, but who'd be fooled by such superficial idiocy?

If anyone wandering by knows any answers, do please register and tell us more. If not this month then later.
