That is such an obscure thing to dig out of nowhere. Great song, though.

(though there's a far far better cover version of that out there by Richard Thompson, which is a neat cross-reference to the Top Ten Guitarists thread)

This is none too easy. Neil Innes wrote "Protest Song", which was a protest song... "I've suffered for my music", he said as he tuned up, "Now it's your turn".

As a reversal, Tupac put out "Stricly for my Niggaz" which was anything but.

I am sooo bad at this - Dionne Warwick - a song about how their love was bad - something about being a "heart breaker". Loved the song - meant a lot to me 15 years ago.

This is why I don't go to these places at FG - I am brain dead

Makes you wonder. What if he had had to live my life, let alone my love life, at that time. Would he have committed suicide?
