I was just browsing his Wikipedia entry (because he was in this week's Doctor Who) and found this:On 26 August 2008 he made his stage debut at the Gate Theatre in Dublin opposite Michael Gambon in Harold Pinter's No Man's Land, in front of an audience that included Pinter himself.Talk about insufferable. Is there anything the fellow can't do? He's not raised anyone from the dead yet but that's about it.

I haven't seen the episode yet but at least one viewer wasn't too impressed.

David Walliams should also be noted in this episode as Gibbis the giant space mole. As enjoyable as his performance was, I feel Walliams wasn’t given the best material to work with. Gibbis appears, confirms he is a coward, chooses his safety over others in the group and screams a lot. Wash, rinse and repeat. It’s a shame that this guest stars much anticipated and most likely only appearance on Doctor Who for many years (much like every guest star) was so underwhelming.

Which, if he did, not that he has yet but if, would leave a major outlet open for one of Mr Walliams' calibre.

Remember you heard it here first, and who said it, I have the measure of the man, it all seems too good to be true.

And as they say if it seems too good to be true, it is too good to be true.

Something smells about this guy, don't ask me what, it's just a gut feeling.

Ah. Stick.

You're one up on me again. I should have gone to bed while I was still awake.
