A friend of mine who lives in Nova Scotia sent me a link to an international festival called "Celtic Colours." The Black Family from Ireland, Blazin Fiddles and a Cajun group called BeauSoleil played in a concert that was live streamed tonight. I was able to download the concert and enjoyed it immensely.

I also noted that Blazin Fiddles will be in many areas of England in November...Thought that some might be interested in this group. I'm sure that you probably know them..

Oh, I do love Cajun music. A few friends and I were going to take a river cruise down the Mississippi right before Katrina. Our trip would end up in New Orleans, booked into one of the cottages of the Oak Alley Plantation.

I love the Cajun food and 2 step dancing.

I love to watch this couple dance.....Some of their steps remind me of the Irish Jive dance.
