I have come across this book and am thoroughly enjoying It.
Has anyone else read this?

No, if it's someone from the Daily mail he is probably a pretentious tosser. What's John MCEnroe doing there? he's not even British, although having said that i would put rupert Murdoch in there.

I think he refers to the popularity of hissy fits on court not known before the advent of McEnroe.
