The first thing that struck me was what moron In their right mind allows a cat up on a babies high chair used for feeding the baby?
Why Is this funny? If the cat had It's claws out It could have caused damage to the child's eye...

I agree with you though you have to be an idiot to let a cat get that close to a kid that size both animals are unpredictable.

Afraid I still think the same, I wouldn't let a kid that size near a cat or a dog in case they pulled it's ears or something never mind in case the child was bitten. The local dog's trust place has dozens of dogs handed in that have been abused by children and now have warnings they are not suitable for re-homing where there are children because the dogs are so terrified they bite any kid coming near them. If that cat had opened it's claws the kid would be scarred for life. It's funny I suppose but I just think it's stupidity on the art of the parent.

Seems the US are way behind us... There are current campaigns still running to make de-clawing Illegal In the US>
