I am very proud of my birthplace. It Is one of England's most vibrant and cosmopolitan cities that some call 'The Gay capital of Europe'.

It Is steeped In Royal history and I can never wait to get back there.

I was born in Newark, New Jersey at Beth Isreal Hospital and was able to exit that facility uncut. Newark when I was born was a grim town and is today. Sure glad I don't live there.

I was born at Roseland Community Hospital in Chicago, Illinios. The neighborhood had a large Catholic Church, which the family attended faithfully every Sunday and where I was baptized. This church had those reassuring melodious bells which chimed on the hour and could be heard for blocks. Also, we lived by the busy State Street, with five-and-dime stores, department stores, drug stores, novelty stores, florists and theatres and alleys. People and cars seeming always on the move.....going somewhere. I lived in this neighborhood til I was about 6 years old.....then we moved to the suburbs of Chicago.

Me too. Remember when the Silver Strand didn't have one single condo on it? That was a lovely stretch of beach.

My favorite place to spend summer days was on Coronado just north of the Hotel Del.

I was told it occurred at a hospital in Copaigue NY. Personally, I don't recall the event, so I'm left to believing the word of my mother.

I was born in the local hospital right here where I still live, in the southern part of Virginia, not far from the North Carolina line.

Born in Hollywood, and my firstborn son was born there too, in the same hospital.

I was born in Petersburg, Virginia and lived there the first 17 years of my life until I left for college. Now I live about 90 miles away in south/central Virginia but visit family there every few weeks!

I was born in Bend, Oregon and lived there until I was three. I went back as an adult and it is a beautiful resort town.

I was born in Burnie, Tasmania and still live here. I've only ever moved within a couple of towns away but stuck around the NW of Tas except for 3 months interstate.
