Half of Americans believe their Cars match their personalities. If Cars were just about transportation, we all would drive the same thing! A Sports cars hints of an inner James Bond, and a Woman in a pickup truck asserts an anything he-can-do competence! Bentley, Rolls, Maserati or the like drivers telegraph financial triumph!

WHAT MESSAGE DOES YOUR CAR BROADCAST ABOUT YOU?

I drive a truck and have that "anything she can do competence". I've driven a truck for 10 years now. When I was in my 20's, I thought chicks in trucks looked cool and tough haha. Now we're thinking about a mini-van or SUV since we have one baby and hope to have another in a year or so. I think the term I've been hearing for driving that is "soccor mom". Not too tough, but I'll take it

I'm not sure where I would fit. I have 2 cars and a bike. a 98 chevy Lumina to get here and there. A 1999 Honda Shadow ACE1100.

And my pride and joy... a 1970 GTO "Judge" I am changing the orginal engine out for a new 400 aluminum Crate Motor. Fuel injected, turbo charged. Last year I had a C5 corvette rear-end and tranny put in. With the old engine I topped out at 425hp. 475lb-ft torque(with basic engine mods). This new package should get me 510hp, 600lb-ft torque. 0 to 70 under 6 seconds. Only drive it when its nice out. Rest of the time I am on my bike. Absolutely nothing like it. Stress of the day/week just melts away.

I'm not sure where I would fit in either, now that I'm older. Currently I drive what I consider an "adult?" sports car- Pontiac Grand Prix GT!

In my younger days over the years the "broadcast" cars I drove were, a Stingray Vette, Jag XKE, Eldorado convertable, a sleeper "Full-Race" Ford Police Intercepter Custom 300. I had many other cars, but most were just boring.

I have been driving this 1973 CAMARO 350 4B CARB..SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT FEBURARY 1973.. LUCY AS I CALL HER WILL BE AROUND WHEN I'M GONE..LOVE THIS GIRL, BEEN MORE RELIABLE THEM MOST PEOPLE I HAVE KNOWN.

What does this car say about me I LOVE THE CLASSICS, CHROME, AND I KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CARS, AND I VALUE MY POSSESSIONS. :-4

I drive a truck because I needed something to haul my daughter's horse with. Now she's grown and on her own. I still have the truck though - pretty darned handy vehicle.

The only thing my car says about me is this guy can not afford a new car.

Mine says i'm a clapped out old banger!

I drive an 8 year old Honda and, like Jpcme (#4). , I think this says, "You can`t affford a newer car"!

I've not owned or driven a car in years, and I didn't drive one until my mid-thirties. I find the whole concept of cluttering up public roads with private motors wasteful, antisocial and greedy. One day they'll be gone, and I'll be able to enjoy my surroundings even more.

I once had a car that had a steering wheel that would smoke when it rained. Wonder what that one said about me?
