A lot of you have probably seen this test before.
A father and son are in a car accident. They are carried to different hospitals and its decided that the son needs surgery. The old suegeon walks in and says. I can't operate on him, he's my son!......How can this be?
I won't put the answer until the next post in case some haven't heard it before.......but its amazing to me how many people can't figure this one out.

Okay and the answer is..........the surgeon was her mother!

.......its a test to see how you view genders.....if you would consider the doctor could be a woman.

Perhaps the question is a bit misleading in favor of gender role...There are differences of opinion as to whether observed gender differences in behavior and personality characteristics are, at least in part, due to cultural or social factors, and therefore, the product of socialization experiences, or to what extent gender differences are due to biological and physiological differencesGender role - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It's always been polite to never call a woman "old" even if it's considered as a simple adjective when used to describe a woman it's immediately derogatory...
Having said that, perhaps it's easier for a sophisticated lady such as yourself to come up with the answer compared to any respectable man that would just as soon be wrong than to ever insinuate that any woman is "old"...It would be rude of us :yh_bigsmi

Still the charmer I see!

....as for the sophisticated lady comment let me say, thank you kind sir!

As for the subject so your saying that it would be more likely for people to come to the conclusion that the doctor was his mother if the word "old" was taken out of the story?......it's funny the differance one word can make.

LOL I made the same typo in my original post.......so it's either a reflection on my spelling skills or on my eyesight and how well I can see the keyboard. :yh_rotfl
