If anyone is familiar with this...I just wanted some feedback on sex offender and murderer Karla Homolkas release in July. What do you think will happen? Will she disappear? Will she violate her parole and return to jail? She's definetely in trouble when she returns back into the real world. Any comments?

Haven't heard her story in Australia. What did she do? Sounds horrific from your post though.

I think she is in real trouble, she is well hated.

Carla Homolka is so warped and sick, she took great pleasure in the media following her story. She even enjoyed the stories that were going on about her prison life and her lovers inside prison. She is an attention seeker, that is why she allowed Bernardo to abuse her because to her it is all attention. It is criminal that she is going to be allowed back into the general public as I think she has the potential to offend again and again.

I believe Paul Bernardo had to be sent to a high security holding prison due to the threats that were put out there against him in the original prison he went to.

The indeed are a sick couple.

OMG That made me sick......I think there shouldn't be anything besides Life for both of them.unless you beleive in the death penalty...

Only too chillingly a reminder of Myra Hindley (who, thank goodness is now dead) and the girlfriend of the monster (I won`t give them the satisfaction of mentioning their names) who brutally murdered Hollie and Jessica (this woman isn`t dead yet but has apparently refused police protection so she may soon well be!)

Do you think these people are born with evilness or do you think it is a result of their peers, surroundings, circumstances, upbringing or what? I mean how can mr and mrs joe average raise junior average and then suddenly Jr is a vicious killer? Or do the averages raise killers? Or do we just see what they averages want us to see. Mr and Mrs. Homalka appeared in the media to be generally average normal parents and their daughter became a monster. Of course she was heavily influenced by that scum Paul Bernardo, but..... where did the switch turn off for her and allow her to murder? I don't get it.
