Sure.

A friend of mine tried to start a discussion on facebook (which never seems to work well) about updating our understanding of religion as mythology. His old pastor has been facing a dilemma having built his entire life around a religion that has been slowly losing power and crumbling. The pastor injected himself in the middle of all the comments, cutting it off by claiming no one should have an opinion unless they have a PhD. He was maniacal about making sure no discussion could take place.

Additionally, most times you hear "that would be anarchy" you're probably getting an example of what I mean.
