We are recruiting Patients and Caregivers to participate in an online survey related to WET AMD (Wet / neovascular age-related macular degeneration).

The objective of the survey is to understand the opinions of Canadians living with Wet AMD.

The online survey will take approx. 10 minutes to complete.

Participants will receive a $10 incentive for their participation.

For Patients to qualify, they must:

• Have been diagnosed with Wet AMD

• Be a resident of Canada

For a Caregiver to qualify, they must:

• provide care and support to someone who has been diagnosed with Wet AMD

• Be a resident of Canada

I think you'd be fighting the odds to find a qualifying member on a site this size though. Did you expect to?

Shame this is a Canadians only thing....I have Macular Degeneration. Guess I am lucky as my drusen is still dry. The specialist were surprised to see that at such a young age I had developed it.

Just my luck.
