While propaganda seems like too strong a word, what do you call it when the military commissions a movie specifically to designed to alter perception amongst the population it is pledged to defend?

I'm not even going to read as much as you did. I don't have very high opinion of these people. They're professional killers not unlike the Einsatzgruppen of German origin in WWII, Soviet Chekists and others. They're all the same to me.

And make no mistake, it is propaganda.
