Has anyone tried this stuff? I don't understand how sprinkling it on your food would help you lose weigh. It's supposed to make the food so completely delicious that you're happy eating less. Really? That would probably make me eat more.

I've been doing that since childhood with salad cream, it works like a charm.

Then the stuff should be in an aerosol you can spray before eating.

Shoot, just drink a glass of water before eating, that'll make you feel full. This stuff is really expensive and has one of those auto-deliveries that's nearly impossible to opt out of until they've charged your card for lots of money. It seems like a scam to me.

I watch the commercials and the folks sprinkling it on - gotta think that I'd have the plate clean before any of the sprinkles had a chance to kick in.
