Sign Into your Paypal account:

At top of page underneath where It says Paypal.... there are some tabs.

Underneath the tabs It says 'withdraw'.... click on withdraw.

It will say 'withdraw funds to your bank account ' .......... click on that.....

It will then tell you your balance and underneath the amount you want to transfer.

It will then ask you how much etc.

It takes 2 to 3 days.... DO NOT click on 'withdraw funds even quicker' unless you want to pay a surcharge of £5

Go into My Account where it will show you how much is in your PayPal account.

From there click on Withdraw (third from the left on the row under the tabs)

You can then click on the link to "Withdraw funds to your bank account" You'll see two options 2-3 days which is free and 1-2 days for which you pay £5

The next screen allows you to say how much you want to withdraw and select which account you want to transfer it to, then click on continue

What are you doing that's costing you a fortune? That sounds like a problem we're not sorting out.

Many thanks for your replies. The cost of posting at the Post Office is going up next week. I still have a few parcels to post, is there anyway I can do it in bulk or is there another parcel firm which is a good as Royal Mail?

If it weighs less than 2kg then Royal Mail will charge no more than £7.18 for delivery. Other parcel firms might be cheaper if a parcel's heavier but not, I think, if it's less.

Royal Mail bulk deliveries aren't discounted by much, the biggest reduction is 4% and you need to be sending at least 100 parcels at a time to even get 1% off.

The answer to that would take pages, and all I'd be doing is copying stuff from Royal Mail Ltd - there are dozens of things I'd need to know before I could give you the cost. It depends on size, weight, speed, whether you want a signature, where it's going to, whether you want a guaranteed latest arrival time, insurance. It's a shame their site is such a mess.

You have to be realistic when advertising on E Bay. Don't be afraid of asking for postage... In fact, many sellers bump up the postage charge to make up for a low priced Item.

Weigh your parcel before advertising on kitchen scales.

Enter Into google ' Royal Mail postage calculator '..... There are a number of sites that will calculate the cost of postage for you there.

Make sure you add on extra to cover your bubble wrap etc.
