In 2009, a strange smell began wafting through a Fort Worth call center that someone quickly recognized as a poisonous carbon monoxide leak. Soon, people started dropping like flies from chest pains, headaches, dizziness and breathing difficulties. The building was evacuated, and at the end of the day, 34 people were hospitalized and another 110 treated at the scene.

The only problem was there was no gas leak to be found, and there were no abnormal traces of carbon monoxide in the air. Also, carbon monoxide is odorless.

(Turned out someone had worn too much Chanel No5 that day. hahaha)

I totally agree with this...

When I was around 12 years old, I was In the Nautical Training Corps.

One day In the height of summer, mid day when the sun was at It's hottest, we were In a big marching display at Withdean Stadium In Brighton. I think the first one really did faint from heat stroke as we were all In Military uniform also but the rest ???? After the first, they were dropping like flies until most of the 300 kids had passed out.

I've only ever seen that happen that once.

Haven't been to brighton fpr years. Does it still have that line of sewage that comes in and out with the tide? Were you a mod or a rocker?

A mocker. Either John, Paul, George or Ringo said that.

It does but It's along the coast from Brighton at Portslade ( about 2 miles up coast from Brighton ) and It's on the sea where the old Power Station used to be. ( Called Brighton B Station ) It's actually the best place to fish but I wouldn't eat anything that came out of the sea there. And that Includes the Dolphin and sharks who for some bizzarre reason, take a wrong turning Into Portslade and Shoreham Harbour docks.

I was neither Mod nor Rocker.... although my eldest brother was a Rocker.

I was a modernist punk....

Pic of the Power Station and where the sewer outlet Is.... to the left of the picture Is where I used to have a house... maybe If you zoom In, you'll be able to see my ex husband still laughing at me.
