And the Balmoral's anchored in Govan. And the site shows a blue track of where it came from.

Shows up the odd ships out of channel really well and whoathunk how many tankers would make their way into Penzance and Falmouth harbours when they don't need to shelter from the wind.

Not nerdish at all, fascinating site.

We seem to be getting more and more sitting in the bay awaiting their next job nowadays, I often look out and wonder what the ships are and where they might head next. Now I can find out. We have one in the bay now and according to the map another one is heading this way. I watched the Scillonian head out of Penzance on the map this morning and I watched a fishing boat leave Newlyn harbour, then I went to my back door and physically saw them crossing the bay :wah: Meanwhile the fishing boat has gone off my radar, I've lost it on the map :-2

I'd wondered whether they were using the calmer waters to wash out their tanks?

It would make the bay look magical - all multi-coloured and glittery :)
