This is a true story. I have heard big balls interviewed several times on Howard Stern. He is in real pain, but has recently turned down free surgery by 2 doctors because they want to make a documentary about the surgery & big balls doesn't want to "lose control of his story."
Which is NUTS, because he went on Howard begging for help as he could not afford it. Maybe he is just scared & will reconsider.
