Have you cooked Lamb Shanks before?
I've always cooked mine In red wine but fancied something for a change. There's some recipee's on the net for using Sherry and even Port but I've never used either before with Lamb.
I'll be slow cooking them for approx 4 hours so any suggestions Bonnie Lonnie please. :-6
