I know I shouldn't but I've been giggling about this all morning.

I feel kind of bad for her but man oh man, is that hideous. Spot's granddaughter could have done a better job.

It upsets me that this act of piety by a parishioner should be so undervalued. It's where she worships, her offering should be just as precious to the community as the original she worked over. I say leave it be, there's far more artistic frescoes in the world than there are gifts from the heart like this.

She did a fine job, I like it.

Pride is one of the seven deadly sins and she's a prime example. She's desecrated her church.

She was just trying to help fix that ugly thing.

And she says she wasn't finished.

Does it look like she's got the artistic ability to recreate that face? Really?
