So Apple wins a patent suit over Samsung in the US (big surprise?)
And Samsung wins over Apple in Japan (big surprise?)
Who's right? Can they both be right? Are they both wrong? Or maybe Samsung did think of it first but it was a guy in Asia who thought it up the same day a guy in N America thought it up so in Asia Samsung is right and in N America Apple is right. And they just can't share like good boys and girls.
