Shortly after finding a woman in Toronto area one piece at a time, a torso shows up in Niagra Falls. Different girl.

They arrested an ex-boyfriend for the first woman so I'm guessing it's two different people who look at women and see dotted "cut here" lines at the joints.

Did the boyfriend confess? If not, he has a pretty good defense at the moment for reasonable doubt. Or else they need to prove he did both.. or more.

The police are so far saying the cases aren't connected.
