Bill Moyers is presenting a program outlining how big business, through ALEC, are designing bills and controlling legislation. They have hundreds of pre-designed bills that congresspeople can take and introduce as their own which may appear innocent or even valiant in intention but always have the bottom line of helping one of the ALEC members prosper. Everything from limiting liability of manufacturers for lawsuits over products they make to increasing funding for privatized education.
