I seldome watch tv. If I do, it's usually a comedy such as Whose Line Is It Anyways, Roseanne, or Married with Children. However, the tv is on constantly with the kids and hubby. I just use it for noise if they aren't home unless I have the stereo on.

I don`t tot it up as such however I do seriously try to ration myself to programmes that I want to watch! In other words, I won`t just turn it on and keep it on, or flick through the channels; instead I`ll plan tentatively what I`d like to see from the magazine before I turn it on at all. Oh, and if anybody else is watching something I don`t want to see (eg big brother!) I`ll take myself off to another room and read or do something else.

Though I do hate to miss '' Heartbeat'', and those sixties numbers
