He does this so deftly and makes it look so easy! I shudder to think what it would look like if I tried it. Probably like the spider webs spun by spiders on LSD during scientific experiments. Really though, it's a fairly simple design but I never realized how they did it and his skill adds to the fun!

I'm still trying to manage baking the cake itself without disaster although I have to admit I've learned to frost them with little swirly flourishes! :-6

I haven't watched any cake decorating shows and didn't even realize there were any but they sound like they'd be fun to watch. The professionals always do it with with such artistry!
