The majority of this was shot on location in Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park and The National Elk Refuge in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Lucky for you, bub! Most of this forum is being stalked by the grim reaper right now.

I love that area. Used to live there some decades back.
If I could swing it with the wife, I'd go back.

Beautiful! We don't have grizzlies here, just black bears and they're enough! They're the only animal I'm nervous about running across when I'm hiking in the woods. The wildlife department keeps telling everyone that they're shy and will avoid you unless you come across a mother and her cubs. I really don't want the experience of having to sob & plead for mercy and forgiveness for inadvertently stumbling upon some cubs. Who would she believe ... me or the cubs??

Right in my neighborhood. It does make back country camping a bit more stressful, but not nearly as stressful as a trip to the mall.
Glacier over Yellowstone if you are after sheer beauty and bears....Yellowstone for the epic"ness" of a super volcano....Bob Marshall to lose yourself and maybe even find yourself.
Great vid, thanks for posting.

Bears? The black bears are fairly common here and tend to make seasonal migrations across the state from the Blue Ridge Mountains to the Great Dismal Swamp region. West to east and back again twice a year. I've never heard of anyone local being hurt by one or even attacked although periodically they trash someone's beehives and/or bird feeding stations.

It's really the only reason I even opened the OP. She's scarier than bears with her threats! :yh_wink

Lots of bears for Oscar! I think I liked the scenery (and lack of people) in mine but the music was much better in yours. Thanks for posting that, Tabs.
